Terms of Service — CallTextService

Effective September 13, 2026. These terms cover missed-call text-back, the public booking form, the dispatch board, and optional staff SMS.

Using the website is not SMS enrollment for job alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Staff SMS consent is an optional, unchecked checkbox on register or sms-program.

CallTextService sends automated informational texts: a booking link to the caller after a missed or forwarded call, and optional job alerts to opted-in technicians. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

CallTextService is a scheduling and dispatch tool for home-service businesses. It is not emergency dispatch for police, fire, or medical 911.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed SMS delivery by carriers, for a technician’s failure to arrive, or for work performed in the field.
